多重毒素Mycotoxins為來自黴菌、具有高毒性的化學副產物,一般常發現於玉米等穀類中,在食品的殘留含量一直受世界各地管制規範。此方法套件根據日本、美國、歐盟與中國的法規提供同時進行多組成分析條件。

 

27種多重毒素分析方法

本方法套件包含了7個不同的分析方法條件,針對所有27種多重毒素進行MRM transitions最佳化。其中含有25個多重毒素篩選、16個多重毒素高感度條件分析、以APCI分析10種多重毒素以及針對trichothecenes、fumonisins、aflatoxins與patulin的特殊分析方法。
