以往的 TCD﹑ FID 等泛用型檢測儀無法做到的 SubPPM 等級的微量成分分析,終於通過離子檢測技術得以實現。使用搭載最新BID系統的氣相層析儀可分析所有成分,如有機碳氫化合物﹑無機酸鹼成分與各式氣體等,可覆蓋多種分析應用,實現高靈敏度且簡便的分析模式。

實現微量分析可視化的劃時代電漿技術

阻擋放電離子化檢測器 (BID) 是使用電介質阻檔放電電漿離子化後 : 在石英玻璃管上釋放高電壓產生He (氦) 電漿,管柱中分離出的化合物接收到氦等離子發出的光能源離子化後,由收集電極所捕獲並且轉出 peak 的訊號。
