微量核酸定量

核酸和蛋白質樣品通常只能少量取得。因此需要能夠微量量測的容槽。在這個範例中,使用光徑長度 1.0 mm 的 TrayCell™ 進行核酸的微量量測,如此可以量測 3 至 5 μL 的樣品容量。

分析經常用於核酸分析的一類雙股 DNA,Lambda-DNA。

以良好精確度重複量測 10 次 1.0 Abs 濃度樣品如下:
標準差為 0.014629,且 CV 為 1.34%。
校正曲線方程式為 Y = 0.00201x + 0.00827,且相關係數為 r 2 = 0.99989。
